PROSPECT (Prevention of Suicide in Primary Care Elderly: Collaborative Trial) is a multi-faceted primary care intervention that has demonstrated reductions in suicidal ideation and depression in older adults. It is available Weill Medical College of Cornell University for a fee.

The BPR is a collaboration between the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Funding is provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
